I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the general layout of the hotel was nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to the underground, making it easy to access the city center. The staff, particularly Diane at the reception, were really good. Diane was helpful and friendly, making me feel at home throughout my stay. She provided great recommendations for places to visit and local eateries. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself was excellent. a wonderful experience.

This hotel offers great value for money, as the prices are reasonable and affordable. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a peaceful area not far from the city center and right next to a river. It creates a calming atmosphere in the neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable with a wide view across to the bridge, and the bathroom facilities are spotless, although they do not have a bath.
All was okay, but I would suggest improving the quality of the breakfast ingredients.

This hotel is in a perfect neighbourhood, just a minute away from the metro station. It is also very close to Kelvingrove park and the West End pubs, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable, with spotless bathrooms. The reception staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel also provides a key box for late check-ins, ensuring a smooth arrival process.
The lack of outside fresh air ventilation in some rooms can make them feel hot and stuffy.
